The virtual gift voucher will be sent to the recipient of your choice at the email address you enter at checkout. So please be sure to double-check their email during checkout. Bumble Bee Handcraft is not responsible for vouchers that are not delivered to the intended recipient due to a mis-entered email address. If the recipient does not see the voucher in their inbox within an hour, have them check their promotions and spam folders. 

The recipient will be sent a unique coupon code that can be used at checkout for any product featured on this site. The code can be used on multiple orders until the gifted amount is exhausted.

The virtual gift voucher:

  • are non-refundable.
  • can only be used for online purchases on this website.
  • can be used with multiple other virtual gift vouchers in one order.
  • expires one year from voucher purchase date and any remaining balance will be forfeited.
  • cannot be redeemed to purchase additional virtual gift vouchers.
  • are exempt from sitewide sales and promotions.

Materials

Delicate, lightweight polymer clay earrings. All products are hypoallergenic and free of lead and nickle. Stainless steel fixtures used, with the exception of clip-on products. Brass components may be used as decoration.

Care Guide

Avoid direct contact with perfumes, body lotions, hair spray, or chemicals. Simply wipe with a soft, damp cloth as needed. Remove jewelry before going to bed, swimming, showering, or any rigorous activity that may cause sweat.

Return policy

Unfortunately, due to hygenic reasons I am unable to accept returns. However if your items arrive functionally damaged, please contact me and a replacement may be arranged.

Virtual gift vouchers are non-refundable. Bumble Bee Handcraft is not responsible for vouchers that are not delivered to the intended recipient due to a misentered email address.

For hygienic reasons, I cannot accept returns on jewelry or accessories.

For custom orders, a nonrefundable 50% deposit is due to schedule a design consultation so I can provide the best possible one-on-one experience and custom pieces. But you'll have plenty of opportunities for idea sharing and feedback during the design process. I want you to be absolutely thrilled when you see your custom jewelry brought to life and ready to wear.
