What's your return policy?
For hygienic reasons, I cannot accept returns.
For custom orders, a nonrefundable 50% deposit is due to schedule a design consultation so I can provide the best possible one-on-one experience and custom pieces. But you'll have plenty of opportunities for idea sharing and feedback during the design process. I want you to be absolutely thrilled when you see your custom jewelry brought to life and ready to wear.
Okay, but can I get a quote first for my custom order?
Absolutely! I'm happy to provide a quote based on the style and complexity of your project. Just send me your ideas and I'll give you an idea of what you can expect.
What will you need from me to get started on my custom order?
Before your scheduled design consultation, please send me any Pins or photos of style ideas. For wedding orders, please send me as many photos of your wedding aesthetic as you can, including dress, colors, flowers, and decor. A 50% deposit will be due at the time of your design consultation.
Do I need an event to request a custom order?
No way! Custom clay jewelry is such a thoughtful and meaningful way to celebrate birthdays, holidays, or milestones, but you don't really need an excuse to bring yourself more joy! Polymer clay jewelry is lightweight, easy to care for, and a great way to add more personality to your everyday styles.
